Medical approvals require several clinical and administrative decisions, supporting records and clarification cycles. Disconnected communication makes case ownership and pending actions difficult to track.

What we built

E-Swikriti, also known as E-SAS (ECHS Smart Approval System), brings case management, role-based decisions and medical documentation into a unified application developed by LIOUS Advisory Services.

  • Role-specific dashboards for RC, OIC, STATS, doctors, SEMO and empanelled hospitals.
  • Conditional approval, rejection, clarification and specialist reassignment.
  • Independent hospital clarification tasks alongside the main approval workflow.
  • Consolidated PDF records and attributable electronic approval stamps.
  • Meta WhatsApp Business Platform integration for case notifications and controlled access links.
  • Operational reporting, pending-action visibility and scheduled reminders.

Routing depends on the decision and applicable permissions. Clarifications and reassignment can branch from the main sequence.
